SUPER ART FIGHT RETURNS TO CONNECTICON!

July 2009. Hartford, Connecticut. Connecticon 2009.

A Baltimore-based live art competition made their out of state debut. On word of mouth alone, they came in, packed a room so deep that the fire marshall was called in, and a legend was born.

In 2010 – we’re going to do it again.

We at Super Art Fight are proud and honored to announce that we will be making our Connecticut return July 9th through the 11th as a part of Connecticon 2010.

Worried about getting shut out, or stuck in a packed room like last year?

Worry not – like the Jeffersons, we’re moving on up – to Main Events. A 2500 person room, you’re going to be sure to be seated.

And don’t think we’re going to coast on last year’s great reviews, oh no – we’ve been given the Main Event slot, and we’ll earn it, delivering you, the great Connecticon fans a full Super Art Fight show, complete with announcers, Wheel of Death, and some of our finest artists, plus the surprise guests which make our live events so unpredictable.

The first two artist’s we can confirm? The co-creators of Super Art Fight, two of the best – Nick “Ghostfreehood” Borkowicz and Jami “Angry Zen Master” Noguchi.

Our show is currently scheduled for Saturday, July 10th, but we’ll be around all weekend long.

Get your passes now – it’s one of the greatest conventions on the East Coast combined with the Greatest Live Art Competition In The Known Universe…we’re going to make it an event to remember.

SEE YOU IN CONNECTICUT!

EDIT – 12:01AM, Friday June 18th Add Least I Could Do/Looking For Group artist Lar DeSouza to the show! He made his presence known in his SAF debut last year at Connecticon, and it seems his smack talk with Nick Borkowicz has already started up early across the tweets. Will we see these Art Fight titans clash again at Connecticon 2010? STAY TUNED!

EDIT – 12:12AM, Friday June 18th You can also add the creator of Weregeek, Alina Pete! Alina also had her first ever SAF appearance at Connecticon 2009, and will be looking to step it up after a great debut in a wild tag team bout. Who will she face? Find out right here in the coming weeks!
