September 28th, 2011 — Show Announcements

So, for nearly every single show, people have IMed, emailed, Tweeted or otherwise contacted us asking HEY! CAN I FLYER FOR YOU?
And we’re always very very flattered. But we normally don’t take you up on it. No, we don’t know why either.
HOWEVER! WE’RE GOING TO! STARTING NOW!
Saturday, October 8th, we will be returning to Frederick, MD - and since so many of you said you want to flyer for us, the flyer at the top is print ready (designed for an 8.5×11 page) so you can run to your local Kinkos, print out some copies on your printer, spread it on Facebook, whatever you like! Take the Super Art Fight love to the people! Spread the word!
Just remember to click the image above to get a full-resolution version of the flyer. Thanks in advance, you beautiful people!

We’ve long said that Connecticut is Super Art Fight‘s home away from home, so it’s with much excitement and enjoyment that we look forward to our return to New England this weekend, as a part of the first ever Webcomics Con in Norwalk, CT.
Webcomics Con looks to be an absolutely fantastic event for fans of webcomics, with a packed guest list and a show location that is, if the hotel website is any indication, simply stunning. Somehow, we found ourselves on the guest list, and we look forward to bringing forth a great show with a top to bottom solid card.
Appearing this weekend for our Super Art Fight event, which will be held at 7pm on Saturday, October 1st….
- Super Art Fight Champion Michael “Spaghetti Kiss” Bracco
- Super Art Fight Co-Creator, 1/2 of the Super Art Fight Tag Champs Nick “Ghostfreehood” Borkowicz
- Super Art Fight Co-Creator Jamie “Angry Zen Master” Noguchi
- And, making his SUPER ART FIGHT DEBUT…Creator of Dr. McNinja Chris Hastings!
As you can see, it’s going to be a pretty stacked card, featuring 3 of SAF’s all time best and one of the biggest names in webcomics all dueling it out with art. If that wasn’t enough, we’ll also have our standard SAF merch for sale, so you can get a sweet t-shirt, or you can just get high fives. ALL DAY LONG.
For full admission details, check out Webcomics Con’s website at
WebcomicsCon.com. We’re very excited to head north again, and we hope to see YOU there!
September 23rd, 2011 — Show Announcements

Three years ago, we at Super Art Fight set out to entertain one room in one city, in one state. Now, here we are, in Fall 2011 as we embark on one of our most ambitious touring schedules ever, featuring 5 different shows up and down the East Coast over 6 weeks.
Here’s what we have on tap, and we hope you can join us for all of them!
- Saturday October 1st, we return to Connecticut for the first ever Webcomics Con! Connecticut has become a second home for us, and we cannot wait to see what it’s like in the fall! We promise a unique card featuring a number of artists you wouldn’t normally see at a Super Art Fight event.
- Saturday, October 8th, we’re back at the Cultural Arts Center in Frederick, MD! Last time, we completely sold out the black box theater and this time we’re stepping it up, expanding our reach to the venues larger room. You won’t get shut out this time!
- Friday, October 21st is a Super Art Fight first, as we expand into playing colleges as we battle UMBC! As detailed by the school earlier this week, we’ll actually be inviting four UMBC students to battle four Super Art Fight All-Stars! Do you have what it takes? We’ll find out together on October 21st.
- Saturday, November 5th marks our third show in our nation’s capital, as we return to The Red Palace in Washington, DC! Our 21+ shows there have become rather infamous, and if the past is any indication, this night will be one to remember!
- Last, but FAR from least, Saturday, November 19th brings our FINAL EVENT OF 2011, the big mamma jamma known as Super Art Fight 12! We return to The Ottobar in Baltimore, MD for a full 4-bout show including defenses of both the Super Art Fight Championship and the Super Art Fight Tag Team Titles!
2011 has been an absolutely amazing year for us so far, and we cannot wait to go out with a bang! Details for all of these shows are available now on our
Upcoming Events page, and look at that, there’s already some events scheduled for 2012!
Keep your eyes locked onto SuperArtFight.com for all the latest details, including full event cards as they are announced!
September 15th, 2011 — Show Announcements

Our non-stop Fall 2011 tour continues on for another weekend, as we go two for two in Rockville, Maryland by setting our sights on a return visit to Intervention, the world’s best (and first?) convention for creators of creative internet content, like blogs, music and webcomics.
Last year, we had a rather infamous turn, including the first (and so far only) Super Art Fight Unleashed panel, and this year we are proud to return. We will be featured with not just one, but TWO different shows, and here’s when they will be…
Friday Night, September 16th, 9pm - This will be the PG-13 rated Super Art Fight show proper, featuring 3 amazing bouts.
Saturday Night, September 17th, 9:30pm - This is the return of the no holds barred, absolutely ridiculous, completely uncensored Super Art Fight Unleashed panel! Our artists can draw whatever they want, we’ll answer any questions you have, and no one in the room will ever be the same AGAIN. PLEASE NOTE: THIS PANEL IS 18+ AND ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOGRAPHS OR RECORDING WILL BE ALLOWED. THERE WILL BE ONE WARNING. YOU BREAK IT, YOU’RE GONE. WE HAVE DAYJOBS AND REPUTATIONS AND LIKE TO KEEP THEM. THX.
Tackling the canvas this weekend over both shows include the following…
- Nick “Ghostfreehood” Borkowicz
- Jamie “Angry Zen Master” Noguchi
- Jamie “Brawlin” Baldwin
- Chris “Impact” Impink
- Kelsey “Killer” Wailes
- SAF Idolist Mike Donahue
- Bree Rubin
- Garth Graham
- AND MORE!!
So be sure to come on out and join us this weekend! For more details on the show, visit
Interventioncon.com. Passes will be available at the door –
$45 for all weekend,
$20 for Friday,
$25 for Saturday.
