A Special Note About SAF Idol 2013

On Saturday afternoon, November 2nd, we at Super Art Fight return to the Metro Gallery in Baltimore, Maryland for Super Art Fight IDOL 2013, our yearly tryout show.

Much as with Super Art Fest last year, we’re continuing our efforts to make our tryout show something bigger and something greater than our normal events, and once again, we’re going to make the show free to attend, while looking to raise funds for charity.

We looked long and hard for the perfect charity for the IDOL show this year, and in doing so, we looked inward.

When Super Art Fight was founded, it was built on the idea of taking the personal struggle of creating art, and making the artist feel like a rockstar. Since the initial show, we’ve had the pleasure of having our dreams come to life night in and night out, with nearly 100 shows under our belt. That’s a lot of dreams realized.

And on November 2nd, 8 artists will be pushing themselves to the limit to achieve their dreams, and become something bigger – taking on personas and celebrating their creativity with a live audience.

So at the end of the day, only one charity could be the pick – Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic.

For over 30 years, the Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic has made the dreams come true of thousands of children effected by life-threatening illnesses.

If we’ve been given a lifetime of dreams made true, it’s time that we – and you, our fans – work together to give these kids theirs.

While admission to Super Art Fight IDOL 2013 will be free, we will be collecting money at the show to benefit the Foundation, and we’ll even have an exclusive color run of one of our most popular shirts for sale, with all profits going directly to the group.

If you can’t join us live, don’t worry. We’ll be streaming live at SuperArtFight.com, and featuring a donation link so that you may give online.

Let’s work together to make something great. Let’s make dreams come true on November 2nd.
